Not sure what to do operating in a world of virtual learning?? Imagine having to do this with a child with special needs. Join us as I discuss with Dr. Jackson the many concerns surrounding virtual learning, especially with a child with special needs and what parents can do and help with child/ren.
Dr. Tanna Jackson has taught students in various populations including students with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities. After being in the classroom for eight years Dr. Jackson took on an administrative role in special education and has been serving in that capacity for the last ten years. With seventeen years in special education Dr. Jackson knew that she needed to use her gift in a way that would support families of children with disabilities with that assertion she became the founder and CEO of Reagan Voice a nonprofit organization that supports families of children with disabilities effectively advocate. Dr. Tanna Jackson is passionate about special education and the opportunity to empower parents to become partners in their children(s) educational journey.
